Sue is the Year 5/6 teacher at Hipswell C of E Primary School and has taught all ages in KS2 in a variety of schools. For over five years she has been a mentor supporting student teachers from York St John during their second year placements and is currently subject leader for Science and Computing. High expectations, both of work and behaviour, are a key part of Sue’s teaching, and she aims to provide a stimulating environment and lessons where the children feel confident and able to push themselves to make good progress.
