Sarah is relatively new to teaching, having previously worked as a solicitor. She has a keen interest in teaching and learning and the TEEP style of teaching. As the Head of English, Sarah is experienced in all aspects of teacher support, including joint planning and teaching. In the classroom, Sarah's key strengths lie in questioning the children to enhance their learning; model writing; developing positive behaviour for learning in the classroom; differentiating tasks to ensure challenge for all and using assessment for learning to feed in to the next lesson and next steps for the children.
Sarah works in an Academy which teachers both boys and girls from age 4 to 18.
